On October 23, the 31st meeting of the Standing Committee of the 13th National People's Congress passed the newly formulated Law of the People's Republic of China on the Promotion of Family Education, which will come into force on January 1, 2022. The Family Education Promotion Law strengthens the unshirkable responsibility and unshirkable obligation of parents as the main body of family education implementation from the legal level, which requires parents to strengthen their learning and continuously improve the way of parenting their children. Therefore,Xingzhi School would like to issue an initiative to all parents: actively study the "Family Education Promotion Law", conscientiously fulfill the responsibilities of parents, link home and school, cultivate morality, and create a better future for children.

1. Advocate the formation of a good family style through learning.A warm and harmonious family style, blood-linked family affection and subtle influence are the foundation of a happy family. We advocate a good family style of respecting the elderly and loving the young, harmony between husband and wife, good education of children, neighborhood unity, and advocating morality and goodness. Adhere to the combination of inheriting traditional Chinese excellent family culture and modern family civilization, and strive to form a good atmosphere of "every family has a good family style and every family cultivates civilized people".

2. Advocate to be diligent and thrifty through learning.We advocate a simple and environmentally friendly lifestyle, advocate a simple marriage and funeral, and change customs and customs of life, and cultivate every family member to establish a sense of hard work and wealth, not greedy and not occupied, rational consumption, green and thrifty life.

3. Advocate assume the responsibility of moral education through learning.Every parent must insist that teaching by example is better than teaching, and parents and elders must practice it, form the power of example, and "hold small hands", so that children know from an early age that they respect teachers and value education, advocate virtue and goodness, benevolence and righteousness, integrity and filial piety, and strive to be "virtuous teenagers" with family and country feelings.

6. Advocate cultivating children's love for family through learning.It is a distinctive family education to collect, classify, and sort out ancestors and their own old objects, old photos, family letters, etc., design family history compilation plans, and conditionally make electronic documents so that children can understand family history, struggle history, and suffering history. It has a unique role in strengthening the relationship between family members and the construction of family culture.

7. Advocate providing space and support for children's social interaction through learning.The future is an era of sharing, and having empathy and learning to communicate effectively are the qualities that a person must have to achieve happiness and wealth. Parents should find a spiritual home for their children outside of school, support their children to participate in beneficial clubs and make good friends. Children learn to live in the world from interpersonal communication, and they can also find the value of life.
