3. Project content: corridor customized protective fence production, transportation, on-site installation, fixing and reinforcement, polishing and anti-corrosion and completion and cleaning.

2. Technical quality requirements

1. Material requirements: use high-quality national standard steel, and it is strictly forbidden to use inferior and recycled non-standard materials.

2. Specifications and standards: the pipe column, crossbar pipe diameter and wall thickness comply with the national building protection facilities specifications;

The steel density and material strength meet the standards, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and not easy to deform, and meet the high-frequency use environment of the campus.

The overall height of the protective fence and the spacing of the vertical poles strictly implement campus safety protection standards to eliminate the hidden dangers of climbing, drilling and falling;

3. Process requirements: Firm welding, smooth solder joints, anti-rust and rust removal treatment on the surface, spraying anti-corrosion and anti-rust paint, clean and beautiful appearance; Stable and reliable installation, fixed and solid with walls and floors, without loosening and shaking.

4. Acceptance standards: Comply with relevant national and industry norms such as "Building Construction Safety Inspection Standards" and "Residential Building Railing Safety Codes", and the overall quality of the project is qualified to meet the requirements of campus safety management and use.

3. Qualification requirements for bidders

1. Have independent legal personality and hold a valid business license;

2. Have the business scope and construction capabilities related to the production of protective facilities and steel structure construction;

3. Have similar construction experience in campus, community, and public place protective fences, and have no bad construction records or safety accident records.

4. Have perfect after-sales maintenance capabilities to ensure later repair and maintenance services.

4. Registration and information requirements

1. Registration time: Registration will be accepted within three days from the date of this announcement;

2. Documents required for registration: copy of enterprise business license, relevant performance cases, qualification certificates, contact persons and contact information;

3. After reviewing the registration materials, we will notify the eligible units to conduct on-site surveys, receive detailed bills of quantities and construction parameters, and discuss subsequent bidding quotations and contract matters.

4. On April 29, 2026 (Wednesday) at 14:30 pm, an on-site bidding meeting will be held at the Party Member Activity Center on the first floor of the comprehensive building of our school.

5. Other instructions

1. The bidding unit needs to conduct on-site investigation and formulate a reasonable construction plan and quotation based on the actual situation on site;

2. This project adheres to the principles of fairness, impartiality and merit-based selection, and comprehensively considers factors such as construction quality, quotation, construction period, and after-sales to determine the cooperative unit.
