Qichun Xingzhi School is a major livelihood project initiated by the Qichun County Party Committee and County Government in 2017. The project covers an area of 100 mu, with a building area of about 50,000 square meters and a total investment of 220 million yuan. Teacher recruitment requirements

Teacher position salary and benefits

1. Salary structure: base salary + school age allowance + attendance assessment + position allowance + professional award + lesson allowance + teaching quality assessment + class management assessment + overtime allowance + other subsidies, etc.

Primary school teachers earn an annual salary of 70,000 to 120,000 yuan; Junior high school teachers earn an annual salary of 80,000 to 150,000 yuan.
