Qichun Xingzhi School is a major livelihood project initiated by the Qichun County Party Committee and County Government in 2017. The project covers an area of 100 mu, with a building area of about 50,000 square meters and a total investment of 220 million yuan. The school officially opened in September 2018, covering both primary and junior high education. Currently, there are more than 3,400 students enrolled, 69 classes are offered (32 primary schools, 37 junior high schools), and more than 300 staff members (including 177 full-time teachers).

Teacher recruitment requirements

Teacher position salary and benefits
1. Salary structure: base salary + school age allowance + attendance assessment + position allowance + professional award + lesson allowance + teaching quality assessment + class management assessment + overtime allowance + other subsidies, etc.

Primary school teachers earn an annual salary of 70,000 to 120,000 yuan; Junior high school teachers earn an annual salary of 80,000 to 150,000 yuan.
